Using the PassRig app or this website means you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.

What PassRig is

PassRig is a study tool. Its questions and explanations are written from the FMCSA Commercial Driver's License Manual, the public document that all US states use for the CDL knowledge tests. We work hard to keep every question accurate and we fix anything you report, but we do not promise that the questions match your state's test word for word, or that studying with PassRig will get you a pass. The official manual from your state's licensing agency is always the final word.

What PassRig is not

PassRig is not the official CDL test and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the FMCSA, the US Department of Transportation or any state DMV or licensing agency. CDL and FMCSA are names of government programmes and agencies and are used only to describe what the app helps you study for.

The subscription

PassRig Pro is sold through Google Play as an auto-renewing subscription. Prices, trial periods, renewal and cancellation are handled by Google Play and shown there before you buy. Cancel any time in Google Play; access runs to the end of the paid period. Refunds follow Google Play's policy.

Fair use

PassRig is for your own study. Please do not copy the question bank, resell it or build a product on it. Report a question you think is wrong from inside the app or by email and we will check it against the manual.

Liability

PassRig is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for a failed test, lost fees or any other loss that comes from using or not being able to use the app or this website.
